The reason why I decided to work with Marea Interior is that I wanted to change my life, have more self-confidence and feel fulfilled every day. For the first part of the sessions, Alejandra and I tried to identify my fears that have influenced how I react to a situation I encounter in my life. This process really helped me to understand myself and how I have made important decisions in the past based on my fears, not my passion or motivation. This process is really painful and hard since it required a lot to reflect on myself and accept all of what I have been avoiding to face in my entire life. But Alejandra was always there to help me go through it, and this process was essential to understand myself better. The sessions helped me to become conscious of all of my pains and fears and understand how my fears have limited opportunities in my life so that I can be aware of my reactions toward every situation, analyze my reactions and make better choices in my life. This new mindset has helped me to see my life from a different perspective that allows me to expand my opportunities and feel less stressed about it. Currently, I am undergoing the second part of my sessions, trying to discover my passion in my life, and I am sure this will be an important time of my life to rediscover myself and huge benefit for my life.

Contacté con Alejandra porqué sentía que mi vida actual no me llenaba, estaba bien, sin ningún problema grave, pero aun así no me era suficiente. Me pasaban los días sin más. A través d’un amic vaig conèixer que l’Alejandra Peral estava formant-se en l’àmbit espiritual i que tenia la intenció de començar un nou projecte per ajudar a tot aquell que ho necessités.
